oglasi360 is a classifieds platform — a place where people publish what they sell, rent out or look for. We are not the seller, not the buyer, and not a party to the deal between you.

We do not own, inspect or guarantee the items in listings. The agreement, the payment and the handover are strictly between buyer and seller.

You need an account to post. The details you enter must be truthful.

You are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account.

One account per person. Accounts created to get around limits or blocks are deleted.

You keep ownership of your text and photos. By publishing, you give us permission to display them on the site and in our channels to promote the listing.

You confirm you have the right to publish what you publish — photos included. Photos taken from other listings or sites are removed.

Fake listings, fake prices, other people's photos, scams and asking strangers for a deposit.

Anything whose sale is prohibited by law, plus weapons, drugs, counterfeits and stolen goods.

Spam, duplicates of the same listing, and content that insults or endangers someone.

We may remove a listing or block an account that breaks these terms — without warning where the fraud is obvious.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not liable for damage arising from a deal between users. That is why we recommend meeting in a public place, paying on pickup, and a written agreement for expensive items — see our guides.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of North Macedonia.
